Android Devices
1) If you don't have the app "Downloader" already on your Fire Device, please make a general search for it and install it.
2) Open "Downloader" and input the url in the box provided - Type in downloader code: it is in the Service Detail email that you received.
3) Your download will start automatically.
4) Once downloaded follow the on screen setup to install the APK. Make sure you allow access when prompted. Once installed this will appear on your home screen and you will be able to click on the APK and use your login credentials to use the service.
5) Search your email (inbox, spam, junk) for your Login credentials.
