When the intermittent buffering starts, immediately do the following...

1. Update your Apps media contents i.e LiveTV, Movies and Series immediately... Streams become stagnant and need to be refreshed

2. Make sure your device is fully updated you need to check every time you start watching your tv. In the case of the Amazon Firestick they send updates every couple days or so and YOU WILL HAVE BUFFERING ISSUES IF YOU DON'T PERFORM THE UPDATE(S).

3. Clear your device cache (You need to clear the memory every so often it builds up.  I discovered a firestick that had 185mb in the cache, cleared it and issues are gone vanished ... You will also have issues with the Guide loading because of this)

4. If you still have buffering issues after trying these steps, try a VPN, they are good for some channels but not needed for most.
